Norma Tilton is an Ordained Minister, Marriage Educator and
Counselor/Coach. She serves as Executive Director and Pastor of
Our Father’s Heart, a para-church organization that offers worship
services,
Bible studies, relationship skills training, marriage counseling and
community outreach.
Norma is the successful business owner of Servant Leadership, serving as
a Management Consultant, Trainer and Motivational Speaker for over
twelve years. She contracts with corporations, government agencies,
not-for-profits and faith based organizations. She strives with passion
to achieve crucial changes in organizations through principled
leadership. She was nominated in 2005 for the Athena Award given to
women in leadership who have impacted Harford County.
Norma Tilton was contracted by Cecil County Department of Social
Services in early 2005 to consult for them to launch a Marriage Works
initiative in Cecil County. Inspired by the success and growth of that
venture, she embarked on a mission to birth Marriage Works of Harford
County in November of 2005. This coalition is led by strong community
leaders who have a passion to strengthen marriages.
Norma Tilton has attended Baltimore Community College, Valley Forge
Christian College and has certification in Total Quality Management from
Loyola College. She is a graduate of the Harford Leadership Academy and
an active member of the Harford Leadership Academy Alumni Association.
She is also a member of the American Association of Christian
Counselors.
